I have secured 1st Place in National Android Apps Development Championship prelim round held at JLCCE (J. L. Chaturvedi College of Engineering), Nagpur (Maharashtra – India) which was organized by AppsBuzz in association with IIT Madras in 1st week of December 2012 and have received the Certificate of Merit from them too.

The overall competition was good & the arrangements were good enough.

Now I have received the invitation mail to attend the final round at IIT Madras during 1st week of January 2013. I will try to be there & give my best too.

To use this feature, you can use the Nearby option in the Vertical menu & it will display all the places nearby that your friends have checked in, recommended, liked, rated, etc.

Using this feature the user can categorize the places they have been to like Cafes, Hospitals, Offices, Restaurants, etc. This will also help local businesses to boost up.
